In this ShopTalk, it’s not more of an interview but rather an experience I had with the barista and a reason why I think Indy’s coffee culture is at its all time peak. On a rather lonely Friday morning, I found myself with no coffee beans to grind and make coffee and also that I ran out of my breakfast necessities.
